Synopsis: A dark psychological drama, "Shooting Livien" explores the inner psyche of John Livien, a disillusioned New York musician who deals with a childhood trauma by claiming an alter ego. His band on the brink of success, fantasy becomes dangerously blurred with reality as Livien struggles with his identity crisis. At the peak of his insanity Livien decides to take his dementia to the furthest reaches...

"Shooting Livien" was shot in New York, NY and featured a stellar cast including Jason Behr ("The Grudge"), Sarah Wynter ("The Dead Zone"), Dominic Monaghan (ABC's "Lost"), Joshua Leonard ("The Blair Witch Project") and Ally Sheedy ("High Art"). "Shooting Livien" world premiered at the 2005 SXSW Film Festival in competition, and went on to win the Audience Favorite Award at the 2005 Philadelphia Film Festival. TLA Releasing distributed the film on DVD in May 2006, and the film made its television premiere on SHOWTIME. It is also available on DVD internationally.
